I brought 1 silver necklace yesterday and it got broken same day of wearing it. I went very next day to exchange or repair it,however team refused to assist in anyway… no words 😶
I like their huge range of variety. And they always have amazing offers and deals.
We were there at Al Ghurair branch of Lovisa around 9pm last night, to buy for a good accessories. But the attendant was being sarcastic on the "traffic" of your store. The way she explained was not acceptable and it sounds like a sarcasm instead. She maybe a Kabayan, but we don't recommend her being a good sale attendant.
I would like to share my worst experience visiting lovisa zahia mall sharjah. Staff by name (Maridan) was extremely rude and arrogant with her attitude. She seemed to be frustrated and unhappy to assist customer requirements. Its been nearly 6 years am been using this brand, first time came across such rude staff really dissapointing.
the branch in festival plaza is amazing- shout out for Binu ❤️❤️ she is super sweet, polite and helpful 🥰 the only place i was able to find greek style accessories with good quality and good offers. again big big thanks for Binu in festival plaza ❤️❤️
