On the same day, they replaced it with a brand new one without any hassle. The engineer and the entire staff were extremely kind, cooperative, and helpful throughout the process. Went for laptop repair as the charging port was not accepting any charger and wasn’t charging. The Tech said let me open it and take a look and disconnected the battery. And now it works! So quick just needed to remove the charge for a sec! Thank you for the help and not “charging” us for 5 mins of work. Life saver :)

Horrible computer repair technician Ravi!!! He took my laptop to fix the keyboard and did put the laptop properly together and broke my touchpad… also broke the body of my laptop and tried to hide it!!! cost me double the money to fix the touch pad!!!! Very very unprofessional!!! Does not know anything about fixing laptops! The shop didn’t even compensate me for time and money lost!!!

I don’t like their returning policy I recommend you to buying from the original shops as they offer good returns
