Very bad security and surveillance system I have always appreciated Lulu for its excellent shopping experience and customer service, and I have been a loyal customer for years. However, I am deeply disappointed by the security and surveillance system at the Lulu Center, Lulu Village. Today evening, I purchased a laptop from this store and parked my car behind the Lulu Center, in an area visibly covered by CCTV cameras. To my shock, when I returned, I found that someone had hit my car and damaged the bonnet. I immediately contacted the police, and they advised me to request the CCTV footage from the store security. To my utter disbelief, the security team informed me that none of the cameras in that area—4 to 5 cameras—were functioning. I find it completely unacceptable that such a large and reputed retail group fails to maintain basic security measures for the safety of its customers and their property. This incident has not only caused me financial loss but has also shaken my trust in Lulu’s commitment to customer care and security. I never expected this from such an established brand. I sincerely hope the management takes this issue seriously and ensures that surveillance systems are regularly maintained and fully operational to prevent such unfortunate experiences for other customers.

🛒 Lulu Center - Lulu Village 🛒 📍 Located at Lulu Village, Muhaisnah Lulu Center is undoubtedly one of the best supermarket chains around, and this branch at Lulu Village does a great job overall! 😊 It’s a reliable spot for grocery shopping and day-to-day essentials, offering a wide range of products at competitive prices. 🌟 The convenience of having such a well-stocked supermarket in the area is definitely a blessing. That being said, this particular branch gets a 4/5 for me. While the staff are helpful and friendly, and the store is clean and well-organized, I noticed that they don’t have all the items available compared to some of the larger Lulu branches. 🛍️ It would be great if they could stock up on a wider variety of products, especially specialty items that are often available in other branches. On the bright side, this branch still carries all the essentials, and for most people, it gets the job done perfectly. The pricing is reasonable, and they have frequent discounts and promotions that make shopping here a good deal. 💸 If you’re in the Muhaisnah area, this is a great spot for quick grocery runs or grabbing your weekly supplies. It may not have the massive variety of bigger Lulu outlets, but it’s still a reliable and convenient supermarket. 👍

Very beautiful place I have visited with my global village staff.

As per the outlets in that area the parking spaces are very limited. It doesn’t looks clean and fresh. A dusty place but you can find a lot of options in that zone. Food, gold, clothing pharmacy all options are available. You can also find the car wash. I suggest to get that service if possible to support those young guys who’s working hard in this heat.
