Her professionalism, patience, and helpfulness truly made my experience outstanding. She went above and beyond to assist me with my transaction, ensuring that everything was completed smoothly and efficiently. I am truly grateful for her support and excellent customer service. It’s not often you come across such dedicated and courteous staff. I highly recommend LULU Exchange Al Rigga Branch for their reliable services and will certainly return in the future.

I would like to write a review for one lady Ms Basam i dont know if she is Egyptian or Syrian, but one thing’s for sure—she’s incredibly supportive and truly a gem! She went above and beyond to help me in one stuck transaction, and her warm attitude made a big difference. Honestly, she deserves more than 5 stars. Big thanks to the entire team at the Rigga branch—amazing service all around!
