This was my first time visiting Lulu Exchange—and it will absolutely be my last. I drove all the way from City Centre to collect a transfer, only to be denied the service because my father’s name wasn’t on the receipt? I had the transaction code and my full name matched exactly as listed—yet that wasn’t enough?????? A code is supposed to guarantee secure verification, and I had it. But instead of facilitating the process, your staff rigidly applied irrelevant conditions and caused unnecessary inconvenience. To make matters worse, while I was taking the time to file a written complaint, your employees were laughing—completely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior that only added to the frustration. I honestly regret not using Western Union like most people do. This experience was not only inconvenient but it was insulting. If this is how Lulu Exchange handles customers, I strongly suggest re evaluating your policies, training, and most importantly, your front-line staff behavior!!!
