Very Very Bad Service 👎👎👎👎 A very big long Queue of coustomers only one employee at Service while they have 7 Counters…
I had a great experience with the exchange process. The staff was professional, friendly, and very efficient. They made the whole transaction smooth and hassle-free. I appreciated how clearly they explained everything, and the service was quick with no delays. It’s not often you come across such great customer care—definitely recommend them for anyone needing reliable and trustworthy exchange services.
Very poor service at Lulu Exchange Naif branch. I had to wait more than 1 hour in the queue at night because only one staff was handling 10–20 customers. No proper manpower or management. This is not acceptable. I’m very disappointed and will not come again. If this continues, many customers will go to other exchanges. Not recommended at all!
I am satisfied with the services they offer specially when I deposit salary. They can understand me very well and they can work fast.
All staff is very good , this is the second time im coming here this branch. Im very happy.
