I had a very disappointing experience at Lulu Exchange near Satwa Roundabout. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional in their behavior. As a customer, I expected respectful and helpful service, but instead was met with a dismissive attitude and no willingness to assist properly. Definitely not the kind of treatment anyone should receive. I hope the management looks into this seriously and improves their customer service.

I am very disappointed to share that your operation is slower than expected. It has now been five days, and I am still waiting for the funds to be credited to my beneficiary's account. When I raised a complaint about the delay, I was informed that my transaction is with the head office and not with the branch, which has only added to my frustration.

The 2 staff is NOT HELPFUL AT ALL THEY ARE LAUGHING IN MY ISSUES. I HOPE YOU GIVE ACTION FOR BOTH OF THEM. 1 Filipino and indian ladies. NOT CUSTOMER ALSO BUT NO HELP AT ALL!!!! You should train your staff how to treat your customers.
