Lululemon - Dubai Marina

As a loyal Lululemon customer, I experienced shockingly rude treatment at Dubai Marina Mall yesterday. A black-haired female staff member with long hair displayed blatantly unprofessional conduct when I requested assistance with sportswear selection. She abruptly refused to help without explanation, contradicting Lululemon's renowned service standards. This single interaction has significantly damaged my perception of the brand. Fellow Lululemon shoppers deserve better than staff who undermine the premium shopping experience we expect. Stronger quality control in staff training is urgently needed.

Went into the shop today with my husband today to get some ideas for a gift, whilst here I was in the legging section when a member of staff approached (without prejudice perhaps a Russian accent) where she stated immediately she would not recommend these for me as they were tight and would be too tight for me - who said I was shopping for me ? Who decides what I class as tight or not ?! At first I was somewhat shocked & a bit stunned, as the seconds passed it felt as if I was being told where and what section I could shop in ….. left straight away, offended and bemused. I did not let it spoil my shopping trip and went to the next shop in the mall and get exactly what needed and more😊

Reema is amazing sales associate at Marina mall location. My husband and I came few times and had difficulty finding one particular item in another colours but she went above and beyond to help us. Also she has very positive personality :)

Very cooperative and products knowledgeable manager Mr. Ayham in Marina Mall lululemon Showed the new collection, had a nice chit chat while smiling and happiness radiates from him. Excellent choices and size after wearing it, paid and almost left the store wearing it. Very pleasant experience, highly recommending this branch as entire team Anna and the UAE national young lady had same characters as their manager. Surely I'll recommend to family and friends and come back for more products as the sportswear was comfortable with technologies embedded such as quick wick odor sweat repellant etc. One special thing I'd add is the sportswear is elegant enough for wearing outdoors.
