I'm specifically happy with the following; - The staff who came to collect the blood (I think, her name is Sarb) was very pleasant, professional, efficient and courteous. - My medical report was promptly generated & sent to me in less than 12 hours against the commitment of 24 hours. So, I'm happy and satisfied with the entire service.
