*Extremely Disappointing Service – Avoid!* I had an awful experience with Luxxe Lighting when trying to exchange a table I bought online. After receiving the table, I later noticed that the legs were damaged. The next day, I went to their store to request an exchange, but they refused because I no longer had the original box. This was frustrating because their own team had taken the box when they delivered the item. After a long discussion with sales lady in store, she finally agreed to let me exchange the table for the same model in a different color, as they could use the box from the replacement for the returned item. Since they didn’t offer any other solution, I reluctantly agreed to the exchange. However, to my shock, the replacement table was also damaged! When I reached out to the manager, Jessa, for a resolution, she was completely unhelpful and dismissive, simply stating that they couldn’t do anything about it which means selling me damaged item. This is unacceptable customer service. Instead of taking responsibility and offering a proper solution, they showed no concern for the inconvenience caused. I expected better quality control and support, but instead, I was left with a faulty product and no assistance. I strongly advise against shopping here if you expect reliable service and a company that stands behind its products.

Big selection and lots of options. Purchased an order for over 10,000 AED and within 12hours had to cancel it. Order was confirmed as not shipped. As shipping was planned for 1 week later. When returning the order the store took a 15% “restocking fee” for items that were never shipped or delivered to me. On their website their return policy is 3 hours.

THE WORSE CLIENT SERVICE YOU CAN EVER MEET! Don’t ever buy smth there! You buy chandelier for 1500 AED directly at the store and they sell you damaged one saying “it comes like this”, no exchange, only refund, “sorry” 😂 BUT when we decided to buy the other one instead, we asked to check it before taking it cause we warned we will exchange it again in case it will be same damaged… and you know what the crazy staff said?? “You cannot exchange item 2 times due to store policy” 😂😂😂😂😂 GOOD LUCK with this customer service level!

I visited this hidden gem based on a recommendation from an interior designer and I am amazed by the huge collection of unique chandeliers and wall lights, as well as a wide collection of decoration items.. their prices are reasonable.. wish they just have installation service and it will be just perfect!
