We passed by me and my friends, we were attended by konnieindaeyo she is an amazing soul with great customer service, she will always give you that service and still want to buy more. I loved the complimentary she shared with me. Dubai mall Mac store is always my place to shop all my makeup needs. I recommend two of my friends and they also ended up buying. Such a lovely lady.❤️

To be honest, I’m quite disappointed with some of the staff at MAC—particularly the salesladies at the Dubai Mall branch. Last Saturday, I went in with my friends to check out the lipstick shade I’ve been using and purchasing from MAC, though I wasn’t exactly sure which one it was. I tested a few shades, still undecided about whether to buy a new one. I genuinely intended to purchase something, but I couldn’t remember the exact shade I wanted. I tried one of the matte lipsticks in a pale pink tone but decided to hold off since I wasn’t certain yet. One of the salesladies approached and asked if I needed help. I politely responded that I was still undecided. However, as I was leaving, I overheard two salesladies speaking. One of them said, “That’s why I didn’t come to her,” implying that she didn’t bother assisting me because she assumed I wasn’t going to buy anything. That comment completely put me off. Whether a customer ends up buying something or not, every person who walks into your store deserves respect. I understand there are sales targets, but professionalism and courtesy should always come first. Because of that experience, I honestly don’t feel comfortable buying from that location anymore. Every time I think of returning, I just remember the humiliation from that day. I’d much rather shop from brands that value their customers, regardless of whether or not a sale is made. Experiences like these really damage the reputation and integrity of the MAC brand.

Some of the staff here have serious attitude problems. They’re nicer towards Western and local customers. Was supposed to buy from here but because of this, I went to another make-up beauty brand, Sephora, Nars, even Bloomingdales. I was assisted and treated nicely. Never again.

I have visited the Mac cosmetics branch here in Dubai Mall to get some assistance on which shade suits me well for their famous MAC studio fix foundation range. Miss Konnie has guided me through so well along with checking the shades and assisting me throughout to get the perfect shade that matched my skin, along with some pre makeup tips and products. I would highly recommend having a visit especially to this particular branch and taking assistance from Miss Konnie as shes such a sweet and humble person and will Definately guide you through your needs.

Very rude staff pls learn them first how to handle customer service to all their just ignor for staff or other specially only looking cover good and too much care them they r not give us free we r buying as well extrmly stupit recist all staff
