We agreed on an appointment and these guys didn’t come and didn’t even bothered to call or apologize.. very disappointed.
I have a contract with them for a year and they didn’t show up half of the time they were supposed to. And never once did they make up the days they missed. Useless + non responsive customer service
Was great, then just stopped showing up despite having washes left for the month. Used to be a great service, such a shame.
You should’ve told me you’re unable to do the job instead of just refusing to show up. No communication, no apology, no cancellation. I expected you to be unprofessional, but not to this extent. You should’ve cancelled so that I get other professionals. Even after giving you 2 hours notice, 4 hours later, you still haven’t shown up. Take your service off google.
