I was advised by security that you have to make an appointment to view any goods here. Every other lumberyard in the area allows for inspection without an appointment. Security was very polite, but unfortunately without inspecting goods, I’m not buying.

We had been dealing with Mr. Abdalla without any issues before, but unfortunately, things took a turn when Ms. Marivic Malaluan began representing your company. Her unprofessionalism and disregard for our concerns made the entire experience frustrating. We were shocked by the poor service, which was completely unexpected from a reputable company like MADAR. As a result, we’ve decided to take our business elsewhere. We hope the company addresses this matter and ensures future interactions are handled with greater professionalism.
