Poor service very rude people i am waiting for OBL since 2 hours Dear Maersk Team, Please note our feedback at Maersk Dubai office the team are very rude people and they don't know how to deal with customer. And regarding EXPORT BL collection they give BL late to each customer as happened with me today and for BL collection they ask for deferent deferent documents. So please tell me about the correct documents so that every customer can collect their own BL on time. Thank you.

Security think that they own the building. When we ask for a day pass to enter. All time they will do some or other thing. This one guy is asking that when am passing through front entrance why u didn't got pass from there. Then I ask pass won't get it from here he smiles and given. Building was good al together but

I have been using this shipping line for long times, The customer service team is very helpful and responsive to my inquiries. It is well known for extensive global network and focus on integrated logistics solutions. Also, providing strong support and quick access to see true current freight, shipment booking, amend the draft BL, switching BL and OBL printing.

Extremely poor customer service. I went to submit original B/L for D/O release. The person at the counter Ramesh insists that customer had to bring his identification card photocopy to accept the B/L. This is not an acceptable rule as all the customers won’t carry their document copies printed with them. If the company needs it, they should have facility to take the copy or scan the documents. Worldwide, shipping has no rule to being ID copy along with to submit the original B/L. This shows how poor is the knowledge of the management!!!!

Very poor service there is always big queue for DO submissions… there is no proper procedure like other companies …. Long queue and too much waiting time …
