The place is clean and nice. However, when we played blox breaker twice, there was a problem with the game. I raised the issue with a female staff and she tried it herself and clearly there was an issue. But she just brushed it off. I gave a 1 star due to customer service attitude.
I visited Magic Planet with my kids last week. It's a small but fun place for children. It wasn't crowded, and the staff were very friendly. A good spot for kids to have fun!
t’s such a great place — clean, fun, and full of positive energy. The entire team is very professional and friendly, but we want to give special thanks to Mr. Omar from Egypt. He’s incredibly flexible, kind, and treats all the kids like they’re part of his own family. From day one, my kids have refused to go anywhere else — they’re completely attached to the Wafi Mall location because of the amazing atmosphere and how well they’re treated. Thank you to Mr. Omar and the entire team for creating such a welcoming and enjoyable experience for families!🙏🎈❣️
