Warning about this company! After signing the contract, they suddenly ask for an unexpected payment of 2,500 AED to process your work visa, which was never mentioned before. Later on, they start deducting money from your salary without any explanation. On top of that, they don’t provide regular weekly days off, and there is no annual flight ticket as promised. This company is dishonest and misleading — be careful before dealing with them. Plus they don’t have medical insurance Don't let them fool you Apply to another company

We asked them for a proposal and promised they will send it but never did, never even apologized for not sending anything. We wasted several days waiting for them.

I was visiting Hairsilk at Dubai Marina and, unfortunately, had a very unpleasant experience with security two representatives . I don’t know the names of the staff, but you can check the CCTV footage. The security personnel were rude and unprofessional, approaching my car and asking me to park it myself, despite the parking being full. The place has a valet parking service and I am paying for it, it is their responsibility to ensure the car is parked. I was about to call the police, but had no time for all legal actions . Otherwise, as a 7-month pregnant woman being treated with such attitude and language, I would have pursued this matter through legal channels. Please ensure your staff are properly trained to handle customers with professionalism and respect.

Be cautious about this company in the UAE. If you care about your family, it's best to avoid it. Everything advertised on their website—such as free internet, laundry services, training rooms, and automated facilities—is misleading and not true. After joining, they deduct fees for your visa and impose unnecessary fines. The company has a problematic policy regarding employees' appearance; for instance, while beards are allowed for specific community, others are not permitted to have beards and face heavy fines for violations, even minor ones. If you have an emergency at home and need to return, the company requires you to deposit 2,500 AED for a week, along with purchasing a return ticket. If you return after a week, you forfeit the deposit. This seems like a great way to scam employees. Only one thing is good, they pay your salary on time 15 of every month, but they deduct the unnecessary amount.
