I came not knowing the fate of the broken glasses I had, I was initially met with Mr. Ahmed Sales Associate, who was very friendly , and pulled up the full profile, he then called on Dr. Joseph who inspected the glasses and suggested lens replacement, and assured me the frame is intact and just needs technical adjustment. They offered a decent price. Then Mr.Ahmed followed up regarding the order very professionally and efficiently. Excellent Service Overall, and Amazing dedicated staff.

The Sales associate Maria is very helpful, she assist in every detail needed and welcoming. The Optometrist Joseph has given all the information and correct eye check, having progressive lens is quite confusing but with dr Joseph and sales Maria i got clarification and better vision. Surely recommended and must look for this 2 person.
Recently visited the store for a new pair of prescription glasses, my host was Maria Gumapo and she assisted me with the entire process of finding me the spectacles of my liking and advised the best option for the lens. The service time was swift that I received my prescription glasses in a day!
