Worst customer experience, if you buy online then they make you go to a shop for exchange and returns, what is the point of buying online then? You make your way to the shop and the knowledge of their own policy is non existing. This is the second time having this experience. Overall very bad customer experience.

It was very disappointing experiencing with me and may to others also i swear. I was in Airport terminal there were two ladies they are unwelcome d just staring and looks unprofessional and sitting on the chair like they don’t want to talk just use there cell phone. There was one boy who helped a lot only he was the good there. I felt like I went to normal 1 to 10 store. Make your staff professional! Apart in Reem I saw there one lady also very disrespectful! Overall unprofessional!
