I had purchased a gaming chair and a laptop stand and I was really impressed by the quality of the products. The staff at the store were really helpful with choosing the right chair. The chair was extremely comfortable and I highly recommended their products.

Worst customer service. Called the shop and at 0630pm and informed will be in 20 mins in shop the sales lady dont want to entertain and citing Ramadan timing. Shop official close is still within 0700 pm. Bought the product in amazon and delivered next day morning. I will not recommend anyone this shop due to rude and worst customer service. Edit as response to reply: I live in Dubai for many years and fully aware about Ramadan timings and the rules. At no point in time have requested to keep the shop open and it was purely a telecon enquiry. The customers can be better handled and guided. I will definitely refrain from dealing with this company any time in future.

More than the quality of their products, their customer and after sales services is a very good. It was a breeze contacting the agents for additional inquiry and concerns. I liked the style of the purchased furnitures. They are easy to put up and sturdy. Good value of the money we paid.
