They don't care about their customers at all, and they damage the brands they have as a dealer.
I have Grundfos Scala-2, unfortunately after 2 years of perfect use, got leakage from the pump housing. As an agent should have a spare part and maintenance for such pumps. Tried to find a place to fix it but not found due to lack of experience dealing with smart pumps.
Such a poor and irresponsible sales team. They kept me waiting for three DEWALT power tools for almost a month, and suddenly the guy named Hozefa left on vacation without heading over my request to anyone else. Initially throwing me like a ball from one person to another. Finally decided to find some other DeWalt dealer.
Terrible from the start. They took my pump to inspect it with out my permission. They were late to provide a quote. When i asked them to return the pump, they demanded 350 and claimed it is for the 'urgent visit' that they did. Which company visits and then ask for money 10 days later? highly not recommended.
The heater and the work is great . But the sales team are the worst 1 week for quotation and after making the payment 3 days waiting for tax invoice everyday they say tomorrow
