Dear All, What a wonderful experience here in Dubai with the most dedicated and knowledgeable employees I've ever dealt with in my 8 years of living here. Maison luxe especially Mrs. Maeh know exactly how to help you find the most perfect gift for yourself or your loved ones. I attended an event here few weeks back to look at some of their new timepieces and jewelry because I wanted to treat myself to something new, to celebrate my achievements and I chose the right place! Initially I was looking at a bracelet by Kismet/ Milka designer which has the most beautiful diamonds and stars design, however I was not willing to buy it since it was not the type of gold that I wanted. So I looked at a Frederique constant watch instead, highlife/heartbeat for ladies and decided to commit to this.a wonderful watch with so much uniqueness! I was also gifted A really cool keychain with the watch Then, to my pleasant surprise Mrs Roxane and Mrs Maeh worked diligently to ensure that I'm satisfied with my purchase and so they offered to customize the bracelet in yellow gold at no extra charge. I was so happy to hear this and decided to go ahead with the bracelet as well. Moreover, Mrs Maeh worked very hard to put me at ease for purchasing both the bracelet and watch with flexibility and honesty. The bracelet took less than 2 weeks to be made and what a beautiful result! Mrs. Maeh ensured my bracelet is delivered to me on time and did not hesitate to offer her assistance even before I asked. Thank you very much ladies, you've made my day! This is my go to place for all types of gifts!

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing luxury watches over the phone from May, a sales person at a store in Dubai Mall. I was unable to visit the mall in person, but May made the entire process incredibly easy and enjoyable. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the watches in the store, and she was able to answer all of my questions in detail, even though we were only communicating over the phone. She was also very patient and helpful, and she took the time to understand my needs and budget. I never felt pressured to buy anything, and I always felt like May was putting my best interests first. Once I had chosen the watches I wanted, May took care of everything else. She processed my payment and arranged for the watches to be delivered. I believe she delivered it her self to make sure that I got received safely and that I was happy with my purchase. I am so grateful for May's excellent customer service. She made the entire shopping experience a pleasure, even though I was unable to visit the store in person. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a luxury watch from Dubai, even if you are unable to travel there yourself.

I'm writing this review specifically for the sales associate called May, she made my shopping experience amazing, she was very patient with showing me many watches as well as took her time explaining the differences between them. She knew every little detail about the watches and listened when I told her what I was looking for, she was very friendly and approachable, what made me most happy was the incredible costumer service, she addressed all my concerns and offered a lot of advice.
