Management of this shop doesnt respect customerz, I was confused on to buy or not to buy a dress for my kid becuz she was sleeping , the lady selling it to me said u can buy it and refund if u dont like it, I told her are u sure it's against your policy as it was written!she said dont worry it will be ok. I went back on same week to return as it was small and my kid didnt like the color, the staff there and manager were sticky on you cannt refund uts against us, I told them about the lady telling me I can refund and to feel free and 8 trusted the shop as it seemed decent!! The dress is like 512 dhs and she pushed my to buy it by saying that now management is telling me noo we will not do anything about it!!! The could care about customers any less!!! They could make alot of things as she pushed me to buy it or take an action on that staff lady that told me ,but nothing not even a call from manager not an update not even a call back !!after me checking again they tell u no exchange straighten the face without action on satff! people will not be able to pay twice for a dress for a 2 year old bb and they could gain us as a customer, worst kids boutique in dubai!!
Too much expensive The quality is good But 6500 for bed net i think it's too much over !!!!!
