Make My Firm - Business Setup in Dubai and the UAE

Absolutely unacceptable experience with MakeMyTrip. Over a month ago, I raised a serious complaint during a trip where I was placed in a hotel with no access to a working toilet or bathroom — a completely unlivable situation. I reached out for urgent help and was ignored. To this day, no one has taken any action or even acknowledged the issue. This is a clear sign of utter negligence and complete lack of professionalism. MakeMyTrip has shown they don’t care about their customers once the money is paid. If you’re thinking of booking through them — don’t. Save yourself the frustration and go with a travel service that actually supports their customers when things go wrong. I will never use MakeMyTrip again.

Stay away! When it is time for renewal or when they can make money they are super nice and helpful but once you pay they almost disappear. They also only put their local agent on the immigration card so that you cannot process your own visa (you have to use them and pay them). They charge 750 AED for tax registration which you can do for free and it takes about 15 minutes on the tax website. Every single year my biggest stress is not dealing with the government, it is having to work with this company and leaving them will cost me a lot of money. I got a 20k AED fine because they put their PRO phone number on my license so I didn't get any messages from the DED to do things with my license. If you read this. Do not even give them the time of day.
