Malak Al Tawouk - Silicon Oasis

I ordered two salads from Talabat, but unfortunately, they arrived not fresh, and the chicken was cold and had a bad smell. I immediately filed a complaint with Malak Al Tawouk customer service. Thanks to their quick response, especially **Jenny** from customer care, my issue was promptly escalated to the branch manager, **Mr. Fadil**, who personally followed up with me. Within 30–40 minutes, I received two fresh salad bowls as replacements. I truly appreciate the excellent service and quick resolution. Malak Al Tawouk not only provides some of the best food in the UAE but also outstanding customer support. Highly recommended!

Edit August 2025: It seems they've somehow changed the Caesar dressing? If it ain't broke, don't fix it. I hope they can return it the way it was. Today it's too diluted and the lettuce seems less in amount. We love this place and order here a lot. Their salads are exceptional - especially the Caesar and Mexican salads. Both their lite (with hummus) and tawook sandwiches are delicious, with a unique flavour that'd hard to get tired of. Their burgers are acceptable but it's not their specialty. The coleslaw is also not bad. Overall, highly recommended. I can't remember if they have esaad/fazaa offers, but either way it's worth it. A couple of times they've given us complimentary items such as garlic sauce, and last time we visited they gave us their newest item on the menu to try on the house (the plant-based "Shawerma") - if they didn't tell me it was plant-based, I might not have guessed! It looks like chicken and the texture is very similar, too. As far as the taste goes, it's like an average Shawerma in the UAE - I've had worse "real" chicken Shawerma 👀 it's not gonna be the best Shawerma you ever eat, but it's not bad in my opinion - especially if you're vegetarian. They also offer it on salads, apparently. Give it a shot! The sandwich costs 14 dirhams and you won't know if you don't try. If you're around DSO late at night and wish to grab a snack, this is a great place as they're open a bit late in the night as well. However, I think they don't offer alokozay/kinza/etc. Perhaps they should consider doing so. (pictures to be added next time)

The place is super clean and tidy, and the food is really tasty and fresh. The Lebanese manager was very friendly and professional, and the Syrian chef at night was also great - helpful and knows what he's doing. I didn't catch their names, but they both made the experience even better.

If I wanted sautéed chicken with fries, I would’ve made it at home. I ordered a Shawarma platter. I literally just got sautéed chicken with fries. I am so disappointed. I ordered this specifically to get Shawarma style chicken. Traditionally Shawarma platter is Shawarma chicken with fries so I don’t know what or where this platter is from.

How you can put like this avocado black color in fresh salad. You don’t care at all about your client first time order and last. I order takeaway came home and saw. 👎👎👎 Terrible!!! I’m increase stars from ⭐️ to ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ only because of fast reaction of customer service and salad 🥗 replacement. Thank you 👌🏻 But kitchen team should be more careful about your business and clients.
