Ammar is a very cooperative and helpful employee. Whenever we come to Dubai Mall, we find him always at your service. He loves to help others. I always come to the Dubai Mall store for him.

The worst after sale service ever! I received the Mia changing table/dresser a few days ago and it has been smelling awful! Not the fresh furniture or wood smell but a strong chemical odor. I called, emailed and complained and asked for their quality check team to come and examine the item since it’s related to smell and the answer I got from the “management” was that they don’t think replacing the item will solve the issue and just open it and let it air out!!!!! After I had explained to them that I’ve done that already. Such a shame to be treated this way when you’re depending on a brand to build your child’s nursery and they let you down this way, no one so far came to check the smell and verify my complaint since I can’t “send them a picture” of the issue!!

Ammar has been extremely kind and assisted us with all of our baby shopping, We had a very good experience at the mama’s and papas and did all our baby shopping there! Thanks again! We’ll come back for more

Ammar is truly a personal shopper. We just moved to Dubai from abroad and he was incredibly helpful. Really went the extra mile, coordinating deliver and installation. Every time my wife or I go back - he remembers our daughter’s name!
