The courses are well-structured and up-to-date, preparing students for both theoretical understanding and practical application. The campus itself is vibrant and well-maintained, offering a range of facilities including libraries, laboratories, sports complexes, and quiet study areas. There are plenty of extracurricular activities and clubs to get involved in, which helped me build friendships, leadership skills, and a balanced lifestyle. One of the most valuable aspects has been the support services — especially the career services, academic advising, and mental health resources. The university is also quite diverse, fostering an inclusive environment where students from different backgrounds feel welcomed and respected.

Studying interior design at Manipal University has been a creatively fulfilling journey marked by both academic growth and meaningful friendships. The university’s vibrant and inclusive campus environment makes it easy to connect with people from diverse backgrounds, and these friendships have played a big role in shaping my personal and professional confidence. Collaboration is encouraged both in and outside the classroom, which makes studio work more engaging and less isolating. In terms of career support, the university offers helpful resources like portfolio development sessions, faculty mentorship, and occasional industry workshops. However, dedicated internship and placement support for interior design students is still developing, with most opportunities requiring personal initiative and off-campus outreach. Despite this, the supportive peer network and the creative exposure at Manipal make it a strong starting point for anyone pursuing a design career.

Good Campus. This offers courses in Dubai for people who live in ME. Since it offers same courses that are offered by MAHE in Karnataka, Indian students need to think twice.

MAHE Dubai offered me a memorable university journey. I'm grateful to have met some incredible people who made the journey much better. The professors were generally supportive and easy to talk to, the coursework was practical and industry focused and the career service team works actively in assisting students in securing internships.

With a strong focus on industry-aligned education and hands-on project work, the curriculum helped me build a solid foundation in my field and prepared me to meet real-world challenges. I would especially like to acknowledge the efforts of the Career Development Centre, whose consistent guidance and placement support played a crucial role in helping me secure a job in the UAE immediately after graduation. Their commitment to student success and industry collaboration is truly commendable.
