Very disappointed with Mapei's customer service. The sales representative didn’t have any product knowledge — not even the prices — and kept delaying everything without giving a proper answer. They don’t respond to calls, and even when messages are left, there's no courtesy to call back. We’re paying customers, not asking for favors. If we are spending our hard-earned money, we expect at least basic respect and support. The experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Mapei seriously needs to work on their staff training and customer service.
Very bad system of security system they behave so rude.. Admin must take action
I come here regularly.Customer service is extremely useless. Whether you want to take or give anything, it will take you more than 3 to 4 hours just to wait outside.
Poor customer service, terrible experience with the staff named “Imad” is rude, be out of line and unhelpful, even shouted to other clients and other staff were also watching his bad behavior with clients. Mapei must take an action for him.
