I recently used the Marhaba meet-and-greet service at Dubai International Airport and was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and hospitality. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled with efficiency and care, making my arrival truly hassle-free. I'd like to give special thanks to staff member named Sukhrobjon (I hope I've spelled that correctly), who is originally from Uzbekistan. He was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive throughout the entire process. His calm and friendly demeanor Immediately put me at ease after a long flight, and he made sure that I was comfortable and well looked after at every step. Thank you to the Marhaba team, for making my arrival in Dubai such a positive and pleasant experience.

I had an amazing and personal experience to say the least. My husband and daughter were moving into Dubai from US and we had been nervous. But the experience was so personalized that we kept on talking about it after we arrived So we booked the service with a chauffeur. The chauffeur was amazing…but the service stood out from the time we got picked up at the arrival to the luggage collection. I’d love to single out Sylvester, our assistance guy who went out of his way and helped us carry our items. However heavy they were he helped us from the gate to the train and to the luggage area. He was engaging in conversations and stood out. My husband and I couldn’t stop speaking of him all through. We booked marhaba for the first time but are grateful that we did.
