Marina Dine Restaurant

We ordered bhindi fry but were served bhindi masala instead. When we informed the waiter, Vimal, about the mistake, instead of accepting it, he started arguing with us. After a pointless back-and-forth, he finally brought the bhindi fry, which was shockingly uncooked. When we brought this to the attention of both Vimal and the manager, they had the audacity to argue again, claiming that "this is how they cook the food." Do they seriously think it's acceptable to serve uncooked food to customers and then double down on it with arrogance? Their behavior was downright rude and disrespectful—especially towards my female friend. There was zero professionalism, no accountability, and absolutely no sense of basic customer service. It’s appalling that such staff are allowed to deal with customers at all. Highly disappointed and would never recommend this place unless you enjoy getting the wrong food, arguing about it, and being treated like you're the problem for expecting your food to be properly cooked.

As someone who had been a regular customer of this place for two months, I was really disappointed with the way they treated me. Sometimes when I forgot my card, they would hold my laptop until I went home to bring back 10 dirhams. Also, the food they served often didn’t match the pictures on the menu

It's amazing, the first place where I tasted the similar flavors than Colombian recipes, but I think that time for each dishes preparation is too much

A bit of a hidden gem near Marina. Food was spot on at a very reasonable price. Waiters were not initially very attentive but I’ll put that down to the place being busy on the night we visited but once we had our dedicated waiter, our food and drinks were served in good time. We ordered butter chicken which was flavoursome and filled with chicken pieces. The chicken hyderabadi was also perfectly spiced.

LOCATED IN MARINA DUBAI , NICELY SITTING ASIDE ROAD. The staff was very friendly and attentive, Helpful suggestions and finding the best food options. The food tasted very authentic, The Mutton soup was very tasty balanced spicy and a value portion. It enhances the appetite a must try. Rice dish also big portion well balanced taste and a nicely presented. Naan roti was fresh, Crispy and and tasty. Everything looked Clean and Pleasant.
