Marina Gate is always extremely popular with our clients for many reasons and we have focused on working on these towers since they were handed over – it was a no brainer! Why? Well for starters the location is unbeatable with easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road, and there are plenty of transport options in the area too. From each of the apartments you’ll find breathtaking views of the Marina waterfront, golf course or skyline. The apartment complexes are beautifully designed with modern finishes and spacious layouts, starting from studio and one-bedrooms, moving all the way up to full floor penthouses and duplex villas. There is something for everyone! The high-end amenities also make living here feel like a luxury experience, with no other building complex having the sports and pool options that Marina Gate does. The facilities are top-notch, with three fully-equipped gyms, three swimming pools, a sauna and steam room for relaxation, play areas for children, and padel, squash and basketball courts. We also love how close Marina Gate is to cafes, restaurants, and shopping, making it extremely convenient for everyday needs. You’ll find both Carrefour and Spinnys on your doorstep and the newly opened District 8 restaurant is our personal favourite, most likely you’ll catch us here or Ritzi Italian! Plus, the beach is not far either, bike, scoot, walk or jump on the tram, the option is yours. Finally, the staff at Marina Gate are also incredibly professional and friendly, always willing to help with anything. We love working with them and seeing them every day! There is a real community feel to Marina Gate, where people come together for Padel tournaments, weekly Yoga sessions by the pool and friendly parent groups. If you're considering staying or investing in the Dubai Marina area, Marina Gate is definitely one of the top choices!

Love that building complex. Amazing ameneties and the infinity Pool is outstanding. It also has a nice access to the marina walk from the backside of tower 2. Usable for residences are the huge pool in the Center of all 3 Towers and the smaller Infinity pool. The bigger one belongs to the hotel in tower 1.

Walking along the Dubai Marina promenade at night was an unforgettable experience. The towering skyscrapers illuminated by colorful lights created a mesmerizing skyline against the backdrop of the sparkling waters. The bustling atmosphere, the aroma of delicious food from the waterfront restaurants, and the sight of luxury yachts added to the vibrant energy of the place. It was a perfect blend of modernity and luxury, leaving a lasting impression of Dubai’s opulence and beauty.

One of the best looking, if not the best looking Dubai Marina buildings. Breathtaking views and well maintained facilities with helpful staff and practically designed apartments. Highly recommended!
