Over the years, I’ve furnished and sold multiple homes with the help of this amazing team, and each experience has been smooth, efficient, and enjoyable. We recently visited MOE branch and very pleased to be attended by a new Trainee named Kaiser.I had started to believe new generations are no good at customer service anymore😄 but this boy is exceptional. I myself work at service industry hence recognise attentiveness and genuineness easily and it was reallly impressive to notice how Kaiser influenced us to pick the best pieces without any commercial pressure however at the same time potraying information which would make you want to buy buy and buy.
