This has been my photo studio since 2022 until now. The staff has been very accommodating, and the studio is big and nice for photoshoots. That's why I keep coming back here. Thank you Regi and Muhsin for accommodating me. 😊
Outside the shop, it is clearly written that colour print costs 1 AED per page. However, when we went for printing and gave two A4 sheets, we were charged 3 AED per sheet. On questioning, they claimed it was because the pages had “too many pictures.” One page had 8 small school-related images, and the other had just 3 images. Charging triple the price without prior information is unreasonable. When we expressed our concern, they justified it by saying it results in a “loss of ink.” This is misleading and unfair to customers. Clear pricing and transparency are expected.
