A great location for a long evening walk. Quiet and not too crowded on this side of Marina, and no one is trying to lure you to nearby restaurant (most of the times, at least). Great for jogging, especially during cooler months. A couple of exercise areas as well, which is great.

A great place to live and rest !!! All nearby .... shops, cafes, and entertainment for children, and the beach ... Calm, relaxed atmosphere ... It's nice to be there ... and it's even nicer to go back there))))

Waterfront Promenade across artificially built lake,Also Yatch parked along,good place to spend evening and enjoy Dubai life.Many restaurants along the promenade also many activities,can do yatch ride or traditional Dhow cruise. Parking is a problem,better to park car in Marina Mall parking . Metro is better way to reach a small walk from Dubai marina metro station,can also changed to tram also from Dubai Marina station. Lots of instaworthy photo spots with Marina skyscrapers and yatch in background.
