Good location first of all, the view was breathtaking and the place was neat too. My friends and I stayed here for our holidays and we had a wonderful time. Especially cause we could walk to beach and oh! the Marina Mall is also very close. 😊 I highly recommend!

I have lived in Al Majara Emaar and now in Marina Quays Emaar, and I have to say the management of Marina Quays is very irresponsible. My flat has been damaged because of the roof leaking for the entire building, now the Management is ignoring my calls for help. Not only that. The parking spaces are very dirty and dark, half of the lights are turned off for no apparent reason. The corridors use very dimmed lights, which creates a depressive atmosphere in the building. I had AC maintenance in my flat, they told me the chilled water (which is Emaar responsibility) is just regular water, which is incorrect - it should be infused with chemicals for anticorrosion qualities. The building is running down because of irresponsible management. Shame that EMAAR can tolerate this.

Been here 10 years as an owner. As many people highlight, it is a great building and good location. But, the last 5 years the management of this community has been horrific and only getting worse. Poor communication, complete mismanagement of the fees collected by owners, poor quality work, misinforming residents on root causes (on the Emaar side) causing issues within units, owner committee members being ignored when demanding answers or progress updates. So disappointing to see this for an Emaar property!

Have been a residence for 4 years. This year I called Emaar security for help, as my door was stuck. They showed up, broke my door and left it stuck. They then admitted they broke it and asked me to email Emaar customer service. Upon calling customer service I realized that security have falsely reported that they were trying to rescue me (from what?) and therefore they have no liability over my door. They also falsely said they have replied to my emails (10 of them) which they also didn’t. Such a same having people report false information on purpose
