Marina Terrace Tower

The views are unmatched! My apartment is spacious and overlooks a stunning part of the marina. Love it.

Building management is terrible, especially security. If you come to commercial outlet the do their best to ruin your day, block your car at the parking and make traffic at the entrance out of nowhere. There’s only once nice guy, who’s smart, fast and reasonable. Sugar salon brought the place back to life so they’re trying to make use of it.

I stayed here for 5 days during my visit to Dubai. Located in the middle of Dubai Marina where all the action is. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, cafes and nightlife. Our stay was on the 20th floor which provided us with stunning views of the marina and as far as Atlantis on the Palm Island! The building has 24 hours front desk security.

The best tower in Dubai Marina. The management and staff are very friendly and provide amazing services. It’s very well maintained and got renovated recently. The tower has great amenities and retail shops that provide many services for the residents.

Very pleased to be released from prison. Don't get me wrong this tower, the location and its amenities are great, its just LOAMS Management that screws it entirely. A nightmare of an online permit system makes is nearly impossible to get guests, workers, movers etc into the building. Some friends have honestly had to get through a 20min interrogation to gain access. Painters have been sent away cause they didnt have a liability insurance, the list is endless. I wouldn't even recommend this place to my enemies... if you still consider it, join the Marina Terrace facebook group and just scroll through the chat.
