Marinascape Mall

I don't think they understand service and hospitality. I work in the service industry and as a hostess. This is absolutely not service and hospitality. They give customers false information and keep them waiting for minutes when they arrive. I had an appointment today, which I made weeks in advance. Frankly, I was very excited because it would be the first time I'd ever had nails, and I could see them beautifully. So, I went there early, but they told me the process wasn't finished and made me wait half an hour. When we started the process, I explained what I wanted to the woman named SEZIM. Since she didn't speak English well, she tried to explain things to me using a translator. It was really strange. Because we couldn't communicate, she called the woman at the reception desk. I showed her what I wanted and my WP messages. Everything was very clear there.But they said they could only do a manicure and color. The reason is because my nails are almost missing. When we discussed this POLİNA of wp during the appointment, I told her what I wanted. I was worried about any problems later, so I sent a picture of my nails already. POLİNA said you could apply the design and procedure I chose to my nails, and today I learned that they couldn't do that on my nails. So I go there, I'm kept waiting for minutes, and then I go back home without any explanation. For what? NOTHING. You can't imagine how I felt. It was the first time I'd had nails, and they were supposed to look beautiful. I was so disappointed. There's not even a proper apology or explanation.This was a team that didn't know their job or how to talk to people. I wouldn't want you to go and lose money.They were a huge disappointment. If you still haven't made it to your appointment, I suggest you cancel and choose another location. 😅

It’s a small retail business centre and we cannot compare it to a mall. However the location makes the place one of the top destination and basically they have good restaurants chains with outdoor dining experience with a view of Dubai Marina’s sky scrapers and canal with modern Yatch’s. They have parking facility for the mall users, some who prefers to enjoy the evening with good food and amazing view it’s the spot of Dubai Marina. Apart from restaurant they have saloons, spa, clinic and laundry.
