One of my friends, who is actually a client, referred me to this company for some trawl floats. I had an urgent requirement early in the morning around 4–5 AM, so I specifically asked if there was any 24-hour marine supply company, and he recommended this one. Even online, their profile clearly says “24 hours service”, which is completely misleading. So I contacted them, expecting a professional response. But instead of replying politely or simply saying they’re unavailable at the moment, the person started messaging me aggressively on WhatsApp, using bad language and a very disrespectful tone. It was shocking to see such behavior from a so-called “professional” business. I completely understand if he was sleeping or resting – that’s human. But a simple, polite response like “Sorry, we’re currently unavailable” would’ve been enough. Instead, he chose to act abusive and arrogant, showing absolutely no professionalism or basic manners. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially when your business claims to be open 24/7. It clearly shows the kind of people running this business – rude, unprofessional, and careless. If this is how they treat potential customers, I have no doubt this company will go nowhere. Mark my words – such arrogant behavior is a recipe for failure. These people will remain like this because they clearly lack the basic qualities needed to run a respectful business. This company is a scam in disguise. They fake their availability, mistreat people, and have no sense of how to communicate. Do NOT waste your time or trust on them.
