I have been a regular customer at this shop, and I went there to fix an issue with my phone. The new guy working there dismissed me immediately, saying, ‘we don’t do that kind of service,’ in a rude manner without even trying to understand the problem! Ahmed, the previous employee, had fixed the exact same issue for me before with enthusiasm and great energy. If this is how they treat loyal customers now, I won’t be coming back.

Had great experience in Mario Telecom shop yesterday. Guy who is working there called Osama was extremely helpful and kind. He did everything to help me with issue I had with my mobile. Love to see such kind people. Thank you Osama.

A few months ago, I bought a SIM card, but when I tried to activate it, I received a message saying the number didn’t exist. I visited the shop where I purchased it, but the two salesmen kept referring me to each other, and both told me to check with Du. Oussama was even sarcastic whwn was answering me. After waiting for an hour at Du, I found out that the number had been cancelled by the shop. I went back to the shop, and initially, the salesman tried to put the blame on me. Eventually, he did issue the number again, but overall, I found the experience very disappointing. Not only did they have no right to cancel a number that had already been issued to a client, but they also lacked the courtesy to assist me properly, even after I clearly asked them not to waste my time and to help me directly.
