Marriott Hotel Al Jaddaf, Dubai

This is my first time staying at Marriott jaddaf and I have to give the biggest thank you to Rhiannon who literally arranged my booking and also upgraded me. She made my stay so easy and seamless. This was the best hotel stays I’ve had in a very long time! Loved the red velvet cake at the business lounge, as well as the nuts and fizzy drinks

Just had the most incredible dining experience at Chef Alvin's place! The Wagyu beef dish was absolutely divine - tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. Chef Alvin truly knows how to bring out the best in his ingredients. If you're a beef lover like me, you owe it to yourself to try this dish. 5 stars isn't enough - I'd give it 10 stars if I could! Highly recommend Chef Alvin for a culinary experience you won't forget.

Excellent stay in the hôtel. The free Shuttle is a plus. The rooms are spacious. What i liked the most was the breakfast time: everybody was so nice and careful especially Sultana: we had a sore throat and every morning he would prepare a special hot tea with lemon and fresh ginger and mint. Hé was so professionnal and careful. Raj also offered Many delicious pastries and fruit platters. The stay was perfect.

I arrived in Dubai feeling very unwell after a serious food poisoning episode in the Philippines, and honestly thought my trip was ruined. But arriving at the Marriott, I was met with rare, genuine hospitality, and it was thanks to that care that I was able to recover and enjoy my time in Dubai with peace of mind. Every staff member was kind and empathetic, but I want to thank especially: • Shoaib, Sagar, Raj, and Chef Joseph, who truly went above and beyond to ensure our special dietary needs were met safely, nutritiously, and with warmth. They took care of us in a way I’ll never forget. • Another very attentive chef (whose name I unfortunately can’t recall) who was also incredibly helpful. • The ladies at the breakfast reception, always so kind, welcoming, and attentive. Our room was spotless, and the housekeeping team kept everything in perfect order. Every detail mattered, especially during a time of vulnerability, and everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you for being part of my recovery and for making our stay truly memorable. I sincerely hope to return soon, fully recovered, and enjoy everything the Marriott has to offer!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at the DreamWorks Spa, Marriott Al Jaddaf. I went for a Balinese massage and it was pure bliss. My therapist, Resmaa from Bali, was so calm, kind, and sweet—she had such a gentle energy and made me feel completely relaxed and cared for throughout the entire session. I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and truly pampered. I also want to appreciate Ephraim from valet, who was very kind, polite, and helpful. His warm welcome and thoughtful assistance made my visit start and end on such a positive note. The combination of excellent service, genuine kindness, and professionalism really made this visit special. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it!
