If I could give a 0 star I would. Avoid this branch at all costs unless you’re prepared to waste your entire day! Absolutely horrendous service. I had to wait over an hour just to collect a liability letter that was supposedly already prepared — and then waited even longer just to make a simple payment to receive it. This is beyond slow; it's painfully incompetent. What’s worse? The customer service reps are either completely clueless or just don’t care. On my first visit, they gave me half-baked, useless information, which forced me to come back and lose even more time. Total disaster. Wasted multiple days just because this branch can’t get their act together. Unprofessional, inefficient, and frustrating beyond belief.

I visited the branch today and was pleasantly surprised by the efficient and friendly service, especially from Miss Nada Mahmoud. Despite the branch being busy (over 15 customers waiting), the staff handled everyone professionally and with patience. My process was smooth, and Miss Nada ensured everything was completed without delays. It’s clear the team works hard to assist customers, even during peak hours. I’ve noticed some negative reviews here, but my experience was the opposite—great teamwork and a positive atmosphere. Keep up the good work!

Why they deduct my debit card and transferred to my credit card? Even though I fully paid the remaining statement balance before the due date? And I didn't have new statement yet for the next month? It's so unfair I need to use that money for my other bills

Very strange bank! They have archaic systems. The app is the worst of the lot. Which bank does NOT have an emergency line for business accounts after the scheduled working hours? Do you think businesses are running 8 am to 8 pm and problems occur during your working hours? If you provide business banking, your call centre needs to be working 24/7 not 8 am to 8 pm to suit the needs of every business. Some of us operate nearly 24 hours and some "issues" can not wait for the "next business day". You also need to look into your app it is the worst banking app ever made. Why does it stall most of the time? Other banks are straightforward and easy. This is honestly the worst nightmare I'm living as a business customer.

Hi, I received only AED 1,383.34 in my Mashreq account from a USD 500 transfer sent by my friend from Bangkok Bank. The sender already paid all the transfer charges on his side, and I have the soft copy of the transaction showing exactly $500 was sent. According to the exchange rate, I was expecting to receive around AED 1,800, but there is a big difference. Can you please check and explain: 1. What exchange rate was applied? 2. Were any extra charges or deductions taken by Mashreq Bank? I have been following up for a few days now, and I still haven’t received any proper update. Please help me resolve this issue. Thank you.
