Terrible bank, I do not recommend it to anyone. I don’t understand why they are charging such large amounts. The technical support is completely useless — the operators sit at home, and you can hear kids screaming loudly in the background. I don’t understand where my money has gone — more than 3500 AED. Today, 07.07.2025, I withdrew money, and although the contract states a 5% fee, they charged me 480 AED for 2100 AED! I am just shocked. How is this possible? Doesn’t the Dubai government oversee things like how this bank operates? I am very angry: in the last 2–3 months, I have had so many problems with this bank, so much stress and pain. Horrible, disgusting bank — I do not recommend it to anyone.
This bank is supposed to be open until 7 p.m., but it isn't. I've been waiting for an hour for someone to come and help me. No one shows up.
Thank god didnt go through with them I just created my account online and i had a problem with credentials! No one to call tried everything to call their supposedly 24/7 assistant I am definitely canceling and never ever coming back So sad to read all these bad reviews
My experience at burjman branch was disaster reason the female at counter was not ready to help or guide with instructions how to encash salary cheque.... Neither they inform that we need to accompany someone with EID so they can withdraw it for us... She was so so rude and that day system issue was also there so someone with a help of a kind friend from Al Barsha we withdraw... But my first experience was really 😔
