Overall a good experience, nice ambience. Good customer service, staff was very nice and helpful. We ordered Alfredo pasta, taste was not that great but it was good to have it. The pasta was dry and had less sauce, we complained about it to and waiter added it later more. But still not the best. However, they gave us complementary dessert pieces which were amazing. Customer service is amazing.

The worst experience I ever had!! I came to eat basic breakfast today and I regret so much !! The egg was boiled until it’s black and I ask them to change it even though it was un eatable . The falafel was like cooked in fish oil!!! I couldn’t eat only the lebna and drink the tea bag tea!!!

Had an amazing time with my dad at this restaurant! The food was delicious, the service warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere perfect for bonding. Every bite and moment felt special, truly a place that turns meals into memories. Can’t wait to go back!

I have ordered from Massaad bbq restaurant because I haven't ordered from this place ever since I moved to UAE, but before I used to be a repeated customer in Lebanon. 1- The taste is still the same and this place managed to keep the same taste for years. 2- The packaging of the food is perfect and organised in a delicious way. 3- The tawouk Tablieh was amazing, the chicken is perfectly good, the bread is fresh, even the garlic paste is a 10/10, the only issue was the cold fries and I believe it's because of the delivery not the restaurant. 4- The meat shawarma tastes good. I would rate it as 8.5/10. 5- The prices are fair compared to the quality of food they are using. I highly recommend this place, if you are looking for bbq or shawarma to have.
