I reluctantly give this company one star, only because I am unable to give them less. I had a terrible experience with this company. They refused to deliver a package to my residence even after the driver asked for my location and agreed to deliver it there. I requested that the important package be delivered to my home (instead of my office) as I was out of town and my wife would be home to accept it. He agreed, only to later refuse to deliver it there because it was “outside of his delivery area”. Mind you my home and office are only 7 minutes away from each other. I would then be told by THREE different individuals that “it was impossible” to make the delivery that same day (Saturday) and it would have to wait until Monday, as it was out of his delivery area. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING! I pleaded with them for quite some time (as I really needed the package) only to be told by all three people that they would not deliver the package because it was impossible to do so. It was impossible to do so because the driver would have to drive 7-minutes out of his delivery area. I would NEVER use this company’s services again and would advise the same to anyone inquiring.

I am extremely disappointed with this courier service. I have had multiple delivery attempts missed by them, and not only that they don't even have ability to track their online pickup requests. The latest delivery I booked they first delivered to totally wrong person and item was opened by them. And later they pickup and instead of delivering to correct receiver they again delivered to another different receiver, and cherry on top they even recharge again the receiver while I have already paid upon handover. Such a nightmare, I lost a valuable customer and wasted time and energy. The saddening part is I used to deal with this company since 2019, but recently their whole company have become a nothing but else a nuisance. Thanks for the trouble!!!
