I like going to Max, since it's a convenient place in DSO, the gym is spacious and has a decent range of equipment. The gym has a very relaxed and comfortable feel to it. Sajil and another trainer are good PT and very approachable and helpful.
Good gym with decent strength training equipment and a good selection of cardio machines (only thread mills 😀). Special shoutout to Shajil for those looking to kickstart their fitness journey – highly recommended! He is international certified level 2 &3 personal trainer @ max gym..
A well equipped gym for strength and cardio training. The manager is well qualified and experienced. A patient helpful fitness trainer too.
