First of all you have to identify you with the Company and the products before you sell them. The Store Manager had no time to answer questions and was very uninterested. Three years ago I bought glasses from you from the Dubai Mall branch on the second floor, maybach limited edition eye wear, for 11,500 and the color of the glasses on the edges was pearly white. At that time, I used the glasses very clean, but unfortunately I did not know that the color of the glasses on the edges would change to yellow, and the employee did not explain this to me accurately, because if she had explained this to me, I would not have bought the glasses at all and I would not have paid this amount for them. I went to the branch and told them about the issue, and the employee’s reaction was very cold and unprofessional at all. I went to another customer and avoided my issue completely. I want to look into my issue quickly. She was supposed to inform me that the color of the glasses will change.

Quality products of Maybach - ranging from all sunglasses, eyeglasses and accessories. Purchased many items from here now; staff are very helpful and informative and assist in what you are looking for. Prices are reflective of the high quality and finish expected from this brand; not for the faint hearted. If you know quality when you see it you will be prepared to fork out the dollars.
