Hi Team Melato One of my friends recommended your service to me, and I’ve really enjoyed it so far. I regularly order breakfast and dinner, and I’m very happy with the taste, quality, and timely delivery. The packaging is also excellent, which I truly appreciate. I do have a few suggestions that I hope you’ll consider: 1. Lunch Quality – Rice: I’ve tried your lunch through my friend, and I felt that the rice was not fully cooked — it seemed more like steamed rice and not properly boiled. Because of that, I haven’t chosen the lunch option for myself. It would be great if this could be improved, as I would love to try lunch from you again. 2. Chapati Texture: The chapatis sometimes feel a bit dry or not very soft. A small improvement in this area could make the meal even better. 3. Meal Customization: One of the best parts of your service is the flexibility to change dishes when we get bored of the same food — I love this option! 4. Rice Quantity Option: Is it possible to offer a half-rice portion option, especially for lunch bowls? Sometimes the full quantity is too much. It would be even better if the price also varied based on the quantity selected. Please consider this as a suggestion and a request from a happy customer. I am taking meal deliveries from Meal at O almost a year. Their service is very good as I did not been kept starving even a single time. The taste is very nice and enjoyable. At this cost this type service is no one in Dubai can give. Hats off to Meal at O team for providing uncompromising service and taste. Best of luck for their future.

Previously, the meals were delivered in aluminum packaging, but they are now in plastic. I kindly request you to consider switching back to aluminum. 2. I enjoy kappa for breakfast, and if it could be included as a regular item on the daily menu, it would be more affordable for me. 3. On some occasions, the poori masala tends to be quite oily.
