Super fast service, great ambiance. Had an appointment with Dr Khalid Al-Saffar - amazing neurologist. Very attentive, detail and such great explanation and support given. His nurse Naome is very good. Very helpful and makes process goes very effectively and smoothly - she knows all the details and process. I am very glad and happy ☺️

I have been coming to this hospital for 10+ years. I’ve always received the best medical treatment and the best customer care. Today I went to the laboratory to give a sample and while waiting I noticed that my phone had 1% of charge, I asked George if they have a charger, they didn’t, he went around three different reception counters until he found one with a charger compatible with my phone. And earlier today I was helped by Sara in the dermatology reception by discussing different options and finding solutions beyond my ask to provide me with the best service possible. Thank you George, thank you Sara, and thank you Medcare for being amazing.

I arrived at the hospital by ambulance. I was immediately taken to the emergency room. I had rapid heart palpitations and rapid/ shallow breathing. The medical care was excellent. The staff were completely professional. I spent about three hours in the hospital. Various medical tests were performed (laboratory, radiology). The doctors gave me the appropriate medication. My heart rate returned to a slow rhythm and my blood pressure returned to normal. Thank you so much for your care. The hospital and staff are wonderful.

I had a minor surgery and was admitted today. The nurses were helpful and friendly and the procedure was clean and painless. The facility is clean and maintained well and the food is quite decent. Special thanks to my nurse Ms Reshma and the surgeon(s).

The staff are attentive, compassionate, and efficient, and the doctors are clearly knowledgeable and experienced in their fields.
