I had the pleasure of visiting Medcare Medical Centre (Discovery Gardens) recently due to a persistent ear blockage that was affecting my hearing. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional — but it was Dr. Nisha Vijayan, Specialist Otolaryngologist, who truly made it unforgettable. Dr. Nisha is everything you hope for in a doctor but rarely find: soft-spoken, attentive, patient, and deeply professional. She took the time to listen to my concerns, examine the issue thoroughly, and explain the procedure with calm, reassuring clarity. Her touch was gentle, her manner warm, and her skill unquestionable. Within minutes, she resolved a problem that had been bothering me for over a week — and I left not only hearing clearly again but feeling completely at ease. It’s clear that Dr. Nisha brings not just expertise but a genuine human touch to her practice. I later learned about her background in Kerala and long-standing commitment to ENT medicine — and it shows. You get the sense that she truly cares, and that makes all the difference. Medcare is lucky to have her, and so are the patients who walk through that door. If you need ENT care in Dubai, I genuinely cannot recommend Dr. Nisha Vijayan highly enough. Five stars, and if I could give more, I would.

I am a regular visitor of Medcare Pavilion either for my kids or myself and always considered it asa nice place. But unfortunately today when I visited I was the entire one stretch the AC doesn't work at all. Had this experience few months ago when I was doing by physio but as it was winter all could bear it. Today was sadened with the fact that in so many months they didn't take any action. In the peak summer the AC doesn't work. The patients need to bear it for few minutes only but what about the Doctors and staff of that side who are on duty full day without the AC. I wonder why Medcare is not taking any action on this.

Dr. Raheemuddin is a skilled Physiotherapist , known for his patient-centered, holistic approach. I visited Dr Venkata for my neck injury.  Best recommendations by Dr Venkata was Dr Raheem. From the first session he explained me my condition and planned my treatment and sessions. What stood out the most was his dedication to ensuring I made steady progress. He always paid attention to even the smallest details and adjusted the therapy as needed to ensure optimal results. His positive attitude and encouragement kept me motivated during the entire journey. Thank-you so much Raheemuddin for your care.

I got consultation there with Dr mutaz al qwasmi and then physiotherpy with dr mohammed raheemuldeen. It was great experience with both. Dr mutaz was able to give accurate diagnosis and the useful therapy. Dr. Muhammed Raheemuldeen provided very useful advises at the begining of the therapy which were a game changer and things improved 70% due to those advises. Through subsequenct sessions with dr raheem, there were great improvment in the shoulder mobility and pain reduction. I was able to come back to normal activities in a matter of fee days.

I am fully convinced that Mr. Mohammed Raheemudeen is a dedicated and highly skilled physiotherapist known for his compassionate care and evidence-based approach to rehabilitation. His professionalism, patience, and attentive manner have earned him the trust and respect. Beyond his clinical expertise, he brings a human touch to every interaction—treating not just conditions, but people. His integrity, empathy, and dedication to improving lives make him an outstanding figure in the field of physiotherapy. I wish him all the very best and continue caring and earn blessings.
