I strongly endorse this hospital! It is certainly the best hospital in Dubai! I traveled there for ureteroscopy and laser lithotripsy with Dr. Arif Ahamad Ansari, and I was deeply impressed by the professionalism displayed by every staff member and department. Starting with Dr. Arif Ahamad Ansari and his nurse, Rose Merry, whom I consider to be the finest in their profession. The Anaesthesia Department, along with all the doctors and staff, delivered outstanding service. Furthermore, the nurses, MS Aashifa and MS Arada, as well as the admissions office, especially Ms. Sushma, were exceptionally helpful. The patient rooms were not only spotless but also exquisitely maintained, and the efficiency of service was truly astonishing. I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Santhosh Kumar Akkinapelli for the successful stent removal. I cannot adequately convey my appreciation for everything. The experience was genuinely worth the effort!

A heartfelt THANK YOU to Dr. Anu, my amazing OB — truly a heaven-sent angel! From day one, her care, compassion, and dedication have been nothing short of extraordinary. She always made sure I felt safe, supported, and in the best hands possible. I will forever recommend her to everyone — she is simply the BEST! Also, a big shoutout to Anju at the reception! No matter the time, she goes above and beyond to assist you, even outside her duty hours. Her commitment and kindness are unmatched. Medeor Hospital, you are absolutely THE BEST! Trust me, their nurses are so kind and sweet, shout out to Jincy, Renuka, Keema and I forgot the rest ☹️. If you’re delivering here, you’ll even receive a beautiful foot casting keepsake (as shown in the photo) that I will received after 30 days. Had an emergency treatment from 25th April 2025 here. All doctors, nurses and staff are nice, they're giving their best effort on taking care of me. I was admitted that day, I have met Doctor Bilal (gastroenterologist) and Dr.Dhanya (surgeon) they have explained properly all procedures .The nurses Noufiya and Aiswarya took care of me. From admission, surgery upto discharge, everything was good and thanks to Stephy who also made sure about our experience from the hospital. Doctors carefully examined everything on me, gave me advise and ensured that I will get the best care I need. They even served best and healthy food. Today, my wife underwent surgery , and I couldn’t be more grateful for the outstanding care we received. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. The medical team, especially Dr. Sameer Eisa was not only highly skilled but also compassionate and reassuring throughout the entire process. Everything went smoothly, and the surgery was a complete success. The facilities were clean, well-organized, and equipped with the latest technology, which gave us a lot of confidence. Special thanks to the nursing staff who made sure my wife was comfortable and well looked after during recovery. We truly appreciate the level of care and commitment shown by everyone at the hospital. Thank you for making a stressful experience much easier for our family. Highly recommended!
