Mediclinic Dubai Mall

After long serach for a good clinic I found this one and was very pleased with it. I visited early in the morning so there was no people. However even during very busy time there is pleanty of staff to serve you. My appointment was with Dermatologist Dr. Muna Saqir for Mall Mapping. She was excellent! I can highly recommend her!

The entire team—from reception to the dental assistants and to the dentists that made me feel nothing Happened and made me feel comfortable and cared for every step of the way. Thanks Dr. Archana! The clinic impeccably clean, and equipped with the latest dental technology. What truly sets them apart, though, is the genuine compassion and attentiveness of the staff. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answer my questions, and made sure I was at ease during my treatment. A special thank you to the dental team for their gentle approach and expert care—you’ve turned what could’ve been a stressful visit into an experience I’m genuinely grateful for. I am missing Dr. Tanweer since she left Mediclinic. I found Dr. George as my partner randomly visited him for a filling. My husband had a great experience so I took a chance too. I found Dr. George gentle and took the time to explain each step of the procedure, reassuring me throughout. His calm demeanor and gentle hands made a world of difference. Cherry, the Dental Nurse Assistant, is highly competent and attentive—she ensures everything runs smoothly and makes the experience even more comfortable. Ana, the Patient Administrator who handles billing, is always accommodating and helpful. She’s warm, efficient, and makes every visit seamless. The entire team is professional, kind, and works together beautifully. I highly recommend them.

I just wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to the amazing nurses Vivien and the other Male nurse who I his unfortunately forgot his name at the day care unit in Mediclinic Dubai Mall. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel at ease with their warmth and professionalism.
